Class Purchases

We adopt a “purchase on site” policy. After you pay for your classes, you can easily book classes via phone, our online system or app. Pricing section has our complete class packages and respective prices. You can click on “Classes” to check the class time that best suits you.
We currently do not accept e-mail reservations, but if you are interested in private/corporate classes then please contact us via e-mail.

If you need to cancel a booked class, you must cancel it 6 hours prior to start time, or you will be deemed to have used up the class.

What to Know if You're New...

Arrive early to complete payment or registration, and familiarize yourself with our space. Be prepared to enter the studio 10-15 minutes before class for an introduction to the machine by the trainer. We take your health & safety seriously, so we insist you receive proper introduction to the Lagree’s Megaformer and how to use it before your first class.

Arriving at least 15 minutes early gives you adequate time to complete your set up process, but more importantly is for you to know how to use the machine properly. Your first Lagree class could be challenging especially if you did not allow our trainer to explain to you how it works. We put your safety first and want you to enjoy the Lagree experience, so please arrive early! If you arrive too late, you will not be permitted to participate in the class.

Regular gym or yoga wear is advised, and no shoes are needed. It is a REQUIREMENT to wear non-slip socks in order to join a class. Mobile phones are prohibited during class, please keep it in your locker. You will receive a pair of Epic Methods’ non-slip socks after you sign up for our trial package. If you forget yours, you can also purchase them at our front desk.

We provide sports towels to be used during class and bath towels if you want to shower after class. We have water dispenser as well, so you can bring your own water bottle to refill.

In order to maintain the quality and flow of our classes, and in consideration for other students, please be on time. When entering the class within the 10 minute grace period, please try to be as non-disruptive as you can. After the 10 minute grace period, you will be considered absent from the class – NO exceptions.


We currently offer 2 level of classes: EP!C Basics for beginners and EP!C Methods, which is standard. Both are 45 minutes, full-body workouts, but Basics class are slightly simplified so that students can become familiarized with the Lagree method.

Absolutely and we recommend doing this! Not only will you have better chance getting into a class, it also helps us know how to optimize our schedules. Waitlists will close 6 hours before a class start time.

Schedules are subject to change. We reserve the right to change the schedule and trainer without prior notice. If a class is cancelled and you have already booked the class, we will notify you as soon as possible.

The workout at Epic Methods is designed to enhance your strength and muscle endurance, and integrate cardio to achieve maximum results. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover in between classes. We recommend 2 – 3 classes per week to allow your body to properly recover and repair. Of course, we’ve also met Lagree enthusiast who can attend as many as 4-5 classes per week!

Doctors do not advise to try a new workout while pregnant, especially something as intensive as Epic Method’s Lagree methods. If you already have attended many of our classes and become pregnant, check with your doctor that you are good to go, then just let your trainer know before class to ensure we adjust some of the movements.
